Custom Stencils for Real-World Use
We produce custom stencils for a wide range of applications — from job site marking to business branding and everything in between. Whether you need one or a short run, every stencil we cut is built to actually be used, not just look good on a shelf.
Logo Stencils
Get your logo cut clean and consistent. Great for branding, packaging, job site equipment, finished products, or anywhere you need a sharp, repeatable mark.
Contractor Stencils
Built for job sites, not boardrooms. We cut stencils for parking lots, curbs, equipment marking, safety signage, and anything else your crew needs marked fast and clearly.
Large Format Stencils
Need something bigger than a standard sheet? We cut large-format stencils for warehouse floors, outdoor signage, pavement marking, and large-scale branding projects
Reusable Stencils
If you’re using a stencil more than once, material matters. We cut Mylar stencils that hold up through dozens of uses without warping, tearing, or losing their edge.
Event & Promotional Stencils
Need branded stencils for a trade show, product launch, or corporate event? We turn them around fast so you’re not scrambling the week before doors open.
Industrial & Facility Marking
Warehouses, plants, and facilities need clear, consistent marking. We cut stencils for floor markings, safety zones, equipment ID, and compliance labelling — shipped to you ready to use.
Choose the Right Stencil for the Job
Not all stencils are the same. The material you choose affects how long it lasts, how clean it cuts, and whether it holds up on a real job site. Here’s a straight breakdown.
Mylar Stencils
Mylar is our most popular material for a reason. It’s flexible, holds its shape through repeated use, and gives you clean edges every time. If you’re using your stencil more than a handful of times or working with spray paint, Mylar is the right call. Most contractors and small businesses ordering stencils for ongoing use go this route.
Oil Board Stencils
Oil board is rigid, affordable, and gets the job done when you don’t need a stencil to last forever. Good for one-time use, simple designs, or projects where budget matters more than longevity. If you need something fast and cheap for a single application, this is your option.
Not sure which to pick? Simple rule: if you’re using it more than five times, go Mylar. If it’s a one-time job, the oil board works fine. Still not sure? Send us your project, and we’ll tell you straight.
Built Around Real-World Problems
Most businesses don’t come to us because they want a stencil. They come because something isn’t working. A supplier fell through, the timeline got tight, or they can’t find anyone willing to do a short run without a massive minimum order..
If any of these sound familiar, you’re in the right place.
“We needed this yesterday.”
We turn most orders around in days, not weeks. Local pickup available in Edmonton, or we ship across Canada. Either way, you’re not sitting around waiting.
“We order regularly but can’t commit to bulk.”
You shouldn’t have to order 500 units just to get a reasonable price. We work with businesses that need stencils regularly without locking them into large orders. Order what you need, when you need it.
“The last ones fell apart after three uses.”
We hear this a lot. Cheap stencils cut from the wrong material don’t last. We’ll tell you upfront what material fits your job and why, so you’re not replacing them every other week.
“We’re not sure what will work.”
That’s fine. Send us your logo, a rough sketch, or even just a description of what you’re trying to do. We’ll figure out the right size, material, and design and walk you through it before anything gets cut.
Have a project in mind? Send it over. We'll look at it and get back to you with options and pricing, usually the same day.
Simple, Transparent Pricing
Every stencil is different, but we don’t believe in hiding pricing until you call. Here’s what most projects run so you can plan without guessing.

Small Stencils (6”–12”)
Your Typically $20–$60
Good for logo stencils, product marking, and small branding applications.

Medium Stencils (12”–24”)
Typically $60–$150
Our most common size for contractors, small businesses, and facility marking.

Large Stencils (24”+)
Custom pricing
Used for walls, pavement, and large-scale projects
Most stencil pricing is based on size & complexity. As a general guide we work in the $0.25 to $0.45 per square inch range.
Simple designs, larger quantities, and repeat orders typically land on the lower end.
Highly detailed cuts or one-off custom work may land higher.
We quote most projects within a few hours. No surprises, no hidden setup fees.
Order regularly? Businesses that come back to us for ongoing stencil runs get priority turnaround and better pricing, the more consistent the work is. It’s worth mentioning when you reach out.
Not sure where your project lands? Send it over. We’ll come back to you with a clear number, usually the same day.
Real-World Stencil Applications

Painting Contractor
A painting contractor needed reusable logo stencils to mark finished work on job sites. We cut a set of Mylar stencils and had them ready for pickup in 48 hours. They’ve reordered three times since.

Small Manufacturer
A small manufacturer needed batch labeling stencils for their product packaging. They couldn’t meet the minimums at larger shops and needed them fast. We cut a short run of mylar stencils and shipped them within three days. Consistent branding, no bulk order required.

Property Management Company
A property management company needed parking lot stencils for three separate locations across Alberta. Same design, different quantities per site. We cut the full order and shipped it directly to each location. Done in under a week, no minimum per site.

Warehouse & Facilities
A distribution company needed floor-marking stencils for its warehouse safety zones and equipment lanes. They needed a specific size that no catalog supplier carried. We cut custom stencils to their exact dimensions and had them shipped within four days. Their safety audit passed without a single issue..
These aren't edge cases. This is the kind of work we do every week. If your project looks anything like one of these, we can help.

Common Questions About Custom Stencils
If you’ve never ordered custom stencils before, or you’ve had a bad experience somewhere else, here are the questions we get asked most.
Do you ship outside Edmonton?
Yes. We ship stencil orders across Canada with tracking included. Most customers outside Edmonton receive their order within a few days of it leaving our shop. Local to Edmonton? You can skip the shipping and pick up directly from us.
How long does a standard order take?
Most orders are cut and ready within three business days from the time you approve your quote. If you’re up against a deadline we offer same day rush production for a small additional fee. Just mention it when you reach out and we’ll let you know if we can make it work.
Can you do rush orders?
Yes. Same day rush production is available for a small fee depending on the complexity and size of the order. Email us at info@artfullaserco.ca as early in the day as possible and we’ll tell you straight whether we can get it done.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order one stencil or fifty. We work with businesses that need a single custom piece as often as we work with companies placing regular repeat orders. Order what you need.
What file formats do you accept?
We work best with AI, PDF, and SVG files. We can also work with PNG and JPG, but vector files give you the cleanest cut. Not sure if your file will work? Send it to info@artfullaserco.ca and we’ll take a look before you commit to anything.
What materials do you cut stencils from?
We cut stencils in Mylar and oil board. Mylar is flexible, durable, and built for repeated use. Oil board is rigid and cost effective for short term or one time applications. Not sure which one fits your job? We’ll help you choose when you reach out.
